Jason London Pleads Not Guilty in Bar Fight
Jason London has pled “Not Guilty” to disorderly conduct and assault stemming from an arrest on January 27 outside a bar is Scottsdale, AZ.
After being arrested cops say he was a drunken mess. London fought a bouncer and got violent with emergency responders.
According to police, the “Dazed and Confused” star intentionally sharted himself in the back of the cop car on the way to the police station and told cops, “I told you I’m happy as s**t.”
Cops say London also berated them during the ride to the station saying things like, “Guess what fa**ot? I f**king love this. I f**king own you guys so hard.”
But, London claims he was the real victim in the melee and was brutally assaulted by the bar’s security staff for no reason at all. And then the next thing he remembers he was getting arrested.
Following the incident London says he was left pretty beaten up with an orbital fracture, sinus fracture, multiple contusions and a concussion and has since undergone multiple surgeries.
It took over two hours of major surgery to start fixing Jason London’s busted face following the bar fight in Scottsdale.
A source close to London tells TMZ that the actor went under the knife Saturday at a Los Angeles hospital (the first of several surgeries to come) to repair a deep nasal fracture, a severe orbital floor fracture and have a titanium plate inserted into the right side of his face.
We’re told London feels as bad as he looks and is in a severe amount of pain following the surgery, but is trying to keep his spirits up.
London isn’t out of the woods yet. We’re told he still has orthopedic and eye surgeries left to go and it will be a “very long time” before he is functional.
London suffered some pretty brutal injuries stemming from last week’s brawl, including multiple face fractures, contusions, hematomas and a concussion.
London was arrested directly after the melee for disorderly conduct and assault. He remains adamant, the fight wasn’t his fault and the bar staff assaulted him.
London is an American actor best known for his role as Randall “Pink” Floyd in director Richard Linklater’s film “Dazed and Confused.” London has enjoyed moderate success starring mostly as a rebellious, edgy young addict in feature films such as “Broken Vessels” and “$pent”. He also starred as Jason in the 2000 NBC miniseries “Jason and the Argonauts.”
A pre-trial date is set for April 11.
